If, for any reason, the services outlined in this contract are not fully completed by Timesharing Peace in a 12-month period from the date receiving all requested documentation from the owner. Timesharing Peace will present you with the following options: 

1. Contract Extension: Timesharing Peace may evaluate your file for further steps to come to a relinquishment agreement with your resort. If selected, this option will provide Timesharing Peace another 12 months to complete the necessary work. 
2. Full Refund: Timesharing Peace will issue a 100% full refund of the fee paid for the service if the services outlined in the timeshare agreement(s) are not fully completed in a 12-month period mentioned above. 

To be eligible for a refund under the 100% money-back guarantee, You must have undertaken all necessary actions to assist Timesharing Peace in completing the agreed-upon services. This includes providing Timesharing Peace with all requested paperwork and correspondence received from the developer, manager, collection agency, or homeowners association within 30 days, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions. 

In the event that You terminate this Agreement prior to its expiration, the 100% money-back guarantee shall become void, and You shall have no rights to any refund whatsoever. Any claims for a refund must be made in writing within 15 days following the expiration of the time period for the completion of services outlined in your agreement. 

Timesharing Peace reserves the right to void this guarantee if it has been misled or provided false information regarding the reasons and necessity for its services.
